From over a dozen years of working with INGOs, we’ve identified twelve of the most acute challenges facing INGOs today.  Some INGOs face a handful of these challenges, some face them all in varying degrees.  Rethinking the fundamentals of how an INGO business is built and thrives allows for space to really consider and address these challenges in ways a more rigid and traditional model do not allow.
